Rob is the founding and managing partner of Keaster Law Group LLP, located in Encino, California. He has been a practicing litigator for over thirty-five years, focusing on insurance coverage, professional liability litigation, and representation of business clients in their corporate and transactional matters. His business background and Legal Masters in Taxation provides his clients with a business approach to litigation, which reduces the fees and costs that his clients pay to obtain a favorable resolution of their dispute. His clients frequently retain him to handle their most complex and difficult cases. He is often retained to resolve problems which other lawyers have been unable to solve. He regularly advises insurers regarding their coverage obligations.

Born in Everett, Washington, Rob received his Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from California State University at Northridge in 1981, his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1984 and his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1986. Rob is a member of the State Bars of California and Arizona, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. District Court for all California Districts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the Ninth Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
