Michael specializes in insurance coverage and insurance bad faith litigation, both first party and third party matters. His practice has emphasized this area for over 25 years both in state court and federal court. He has also been involved in employment and eminent domain cases. He has successfully argued before the California Court of Appeal and the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in insurance related matters. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California. Michael obtained his J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law and earned a LLM degree in tax from Loyola School of Law in 2015. He is also admitted to practice law in Colorado and New York.
